Most orders are processed and shipped within one (1) business day. The default shipping method is FedEx ground (2-5 business days) to most parts of the country. If your order contains an item that is back ordered, we will ship as soon as the item arrives in our warehouse (typically 1-3 business days).

If you receive a broken or otherwise defective item, we will make sure it is fixed or replaced. If you decide that you do not want a working but unopened item within fourteen (14) days of your order, we will accept your return and refund you the price paid for the item.
