Q: What is Earth Aid Group Buys?

A: Earth Aid Group Buys is a new venture aimed at bringing green products to folks at ultra-low prices. By purchasing items as a group, we're able to get reduced prices from manufacturers, who much prefer to sell large quantities of their products at once rather than one at a time.

Q: How often do you feature new products?

A: New offers will appear every 3-5 weeks. Be sure to check back often so you don't miss out!

Q: Is there a catch?

A: Not really. If you don't mind waiting an extra week to get your product (we don't bill or ship until the offer time period has expired), we've created a great way for you to get some great deals.

Q: Who am I doing business with?

A: In most cases you'll be doing business directly with the manufacturer. In some cases it may be a distributor, or Earth Aid Enterprises itself. The company you'll be dealing with will always be clearly stated in the Terms & Conditions section for the product.

Q: How do I pay for my purchase(s)?

A: Most items can be paid for with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover Card.

Q: When will my card be charged for my purchase(s)?

A: Your card will only be charged once the group buy offer period has conlcuded and we or our partners are preparing to ship your item. On most group buy orders we charge a $1 service charge to verify the validity of the credit card and to ensure that the billing information was input correctly. We may pre-authorize your card when you checkout to ensure that you have sufficient credit cover the purchase, but we won't convert this pre-authorization into an actual charge until the group buy offer period concludes.

Q: Is my personal information safe?

A: Absolutely. All of the pages where your personal information is input are secure (look for https:// in the address bar) and we NEVER share any of your information with any third parties.

Q: What if I want the item only for the lowest possible price?

A: Put in a conditional order! Just select the price tier that will trigger your purchase. If that price level isn't achieved you will not be charged; if it is, you will be notified and billed at the close of the group buy when your item ships. Conditional orders count towards the total number of orders for their respective price tier. For example, if 9 orders are needed to reach the next price level, any combination of conditional or non-conditional orders will bump the offer up to those 9 orders and lower everybody's price to the next price break.

Q: When will I receive my item(s)?

A: Items typically begin shipping within 1-5 days of the end of the group buy. The Terms & Conditions clearly detail the shipping timeframes and method for each offer.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason please contact the company from which you purchased it. In most cases returns are accepted as an exchange or for a full refund, excluding shipping. The return policies for each offer may differ, so be sure to check the Terms & Conditions for specifics.

Q: How can I be notified of new Group Buys?

That's very easy. Just click here to sign-up to receive exclusive, advanced notice of which Earth Aid Group Buys we're launching and when we're launching them. You can expect to receive an average of one or two e-mails each month - and we'll never share your contact information with anybody without your permission.

Can I submit suggestions for items I'd like included in a future Group Buy?
